Pulice Construction is committed to creating cohesive partnering with all of our project stakeholders. Our objectives include effective and efficient contract performance, budget and schedule compliance, and Team building.

Partnering is used to promote open communication, establish decision ladders, and reinforce relationships between the organizations that make up a project Team. Pulice strongly recommends a Partnering Workshop and preparation of a Partnering Charter prior to the start of all projects. Workshop participants should include key prime contractor and owner representatives. Community representatives, local/state governments, utility companies, and subcontractors are also encouraged to participate (as permitted by the owner).

Early and effective partnering will facilitate the transition from design to construction. As refinement/changes occur, issues will come to light that require early resolution. Partnering will enhance both the discovery and resolution timetables.

Ongoing partnering efforts are both formal and informal in nature. Recommended activities for strengthening the partnering process are:

Weekly project Team meetings
Monthly progress meetings with ALL project stakeholders
Additional Partnering Workshops as needed
Team-based social activities

The Pulice Team has successfully partnered with the Arizona Department of Transportation, Maricopa County, City of Phoenix, and many other state and local governments. The Pulice Team has received numerous partnering awards including the prestigious "Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering" and the "Arizona Transportation Partnering Excellence" awards.
