Our management team is fully committed to performing work safely and accident free. In order to accomplish these goals, we have developed an aggressive safety program which includes safety policies and procedures that meet, or in most cases exceed, OSHA standards or requirements. Employees are trained to think and work safely, recognize unsafe conditions or acts, and initiate corrective actions. We closely monitor all aspects of the Safety and Health Program to ensure compliance with the company’s goals, as well as federal and state safety and health requirements. Frequent jobsite safety audits are conducted by an experienced safety staff and by all levels of management.
Pulice's ongoing safety incentive program rewards both management and employees for exemplary safety records. The Company has maintained below industry average frequency and severity rates for several years and endeavors to be recognized for its effective safety programs.
The Company participates in industry safety committees through the Associated General Contractors (AGC). It also maintains a partnering relationship with Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) by utilizing ADOSH training and jobsite consultative inspections.
Pulice Construction's Safety and Health Program is administrated by a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Hazard Control Manager (CHCM) with experience in developing and creating successful safety programs.
