Design-Build Process
For time-sensitive projects of a fast-track nature that requires overlapping design and construction, Pulice has the personnel to make it happen. Our team offers improved design efficiency through constructability reviews, and greater control of project schedule and cost.

Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Process
Some projects require advanced coordination with stakeholders, utility companies, and designers prior to the construction phase. Pulice has performed CMAR projects with many public and private owners. This delivery method helps to enhance communication between the agency and contractor, which results in timely decision making and reduced change orders. 

Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
Some public-sector projects have an immediate need for completion, but do not have the necessary funding in place. PPPs provide the funding for these projects through private-enterprise financing. Through ACS Infrastructure, Pulice has the connection to take on these projects and provide much-needed results now rather than later.
