Westbrook Village Storm Drain and Waterline in Peoria, AZ

Pulice was the CM@Risk for this $9.6 million project, which constructed three miles of waterline and two miles of storm drain on 91st Avenue (Union Hills Drive to Beardsley Road) and Beardsley Road (Lake Pleasant Road to 87th Avenue). The project included basin and culvert modifications, 15" to 42" reinforced concrete pipe and 12" and 24" ductile iron pipe.


McQueen Road Improvements (Queen Creek to Ocotillo Road) in Chandler, AZ

Pulice was the CM@Risk for this $14.1 million project to widen McQueen Road from two to six lanes. The project featured a 20-day fast-track removal and replacement of a Consolidated Canal cast-in-place box culvert (2,642 cy concrete and 775,000 lbs. rebar) to accomodate the annual dry-up.


Broadway Road Sewer Main Improvements Phase 2B, 33rd Avenue to 10th
Avenue in Phoenix, AZ

Pulice was the CM@Risk for this $18.6 million project to install new 36" sanitary sewer line from 33rd Avenue to
10th Avenue along the Broadway Road alignment. Both "open-cut" and "trenchless" excavation methods were
utilized on this project.


Queen Creek Road Improvements (Price Road to McQueen Road)
in Chandler, AZ

Pulice was the CM@Risk for this $24.8 million project to improve Queen Creek Road to a six-lane arterial roadway, including dual left turn lanes, dedicated right turn lanes, bike lanes, bus pullouts, and roadway widening at a railroad crossing. Construction included raised medians, curb and gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, streetlights, landscaping, waterline, sewer, extensive utility relocation and coordination, and a 24" reclaimed water transmission main.


Taxiway "R" Pavement Reconstruction at Sky Harbor International Airport

Pulice was the CM@Risk for this project valued at $5 million which included the removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavement, lighting, and utility vaults; construction of new PCCP on taxiway; approach and anchor slabs for both eastbound and westbound bridges over Sky Harbor Boulevard; asphaltic concrete for shoulders, infield areas, and access road; lighting, and utility vaults.
