The $50.5 million contract will construct the entire interchange and includes I-10 reconstruction, four bridges, and Santa Cruz River improvements.

The $18.2 million CM@Risk contract installs 36-inch sewer main between 33rd Avenue and 10th Avenue utilizing both open-cut and trenchless excavation methods.

The $9.7 million CM@Risk contract installs 24-inch storm drain and waterline in the 91st Avenue and Beardsley Road corridors. The project also includes modifications to five retention basins in the area.

McQueen Road Improvements (Queen Creek Rd. to Riggs Rd.) in Chandler, AZ

CM@Risk preconstruction services will provide a GMP in June 2009 with an August 2009 construction start anticipated. The project widens 3 miles of city street to arterial standards and includes the replacement / widening of two Consolidated Canal crossings.

The $12.6 million CM@Risk contract installs 42-inch and 36-inch sewer main between 51st Avenue and 33rd Avenue on Broadway Road and 18-inch sewer main on Wier Avenue.

Price Freeway (SR 101L) HOV Lanes in Chandler, Mesa and Tempe, AZ

The $31.3 million contract adds HOV lanes in the existing median between the Red Mountain Freeway T.I. and the Santan Freeway T.I. for a distance of 9.75 miles.

I-17 Freeway Reconstruction in Phoenix, AZ

The $74.4 million contract widens the existing freeway from two lanes to an HOV lane plus four general purpose lanes in each direction. The construction between Happy Valley Road and Carefree Highway includes seven bridges for the new freeway T.I. at SR 303L and crossings of the CAP canal.

I-10 Freeway Widening and Reconstruction in Phoenix, AZ

The $80.6 million contract adds an HOV lane and one general purpose lane to the existing roadway between SR 101L and Sarival Avenue. The work includes the widening of 16 existing bridges and 4 new bridges.

McDowell Road Commercial Corridor Infrastructure Improvements (Phase 2) in Goodyear, AZ

The $27.1 million contract widens McDowell Road, Bullard Avenue and Encanto Boulevard, and includes full width construction on Monte Vista and 150th Drive. Improvements also feature two bridges over Bullard Wash and a new 40 acre linear park.
