Red Mountain Freeway (Power Road - University Drive) in Mesa, AZ

A $195.3 million contract with the Arizona Department of Transportation to construct 4.83 miles of urban divided freeway with three traffic interchanges. The project includes roadway excavation, PCCP, storm drain, pump station, water main, 12 concrete bridges, 17 concrete box culverts and equipment passes, concrete channel lining, levee construction, and sound barrier / retaining walls.

Van Buren Street Improvements (Litchfield Road to Estrella Parkway) in Goodyear, AZ

A $15.5 million CM @ Risk construction services contract with the City of Goodyear. The project includes upgrading two miles of the existing two-lane roadway to a five-lane divided roadway with bridges spanning Bullard Wash.

Jomax Road TI and Dixileta Drive TI on I-17 in Phoenix, AZ

A $35.8 million contract with the Arizona Department of Transportation in the City of Phoenix. The work includes constructing a full service traffic interchange at Jomax Road, half service traffic interchange at Dixileta Drive and replacing the bridges over Skunk Creek on I-17.

Queen Creek Road Improvements (Price Road to McQueen Road) in Chandler, AZ

A $24.8 million CM @ Risk construction services contract with the City of Chandler. The construction widens Queen Creek Road from Price Road to Arizona Avenue, and is a full width reconstruction from Arizona Avenue to McQueen Road. The new six lane facility will include dedicated turn lanes, bike lanes, and installation of a 24" reclaimed water transmission main.

Carefree Highway TI at I-17 in Phoenix, AZ

A $19.6 million contract with the Arizona Department of Transportation in the City of Phoenix.The traffic interchange reconstruction includes removal of the existing facility, constructing new Carefree Highway roadways, a new precast girder bridge, and new ramps and auxiliary lanes to I-17.
