Pulice Construction, Inc., founded in 1956, is a heavy highway general engineering contractor and construction manager.  Pulice has built hundreds of successful transportation projects over the years for both public and private owners. Our project experience includes roadways, freeways, bridges, dams, drainage channels, and underground utilities. With an average company tenure of over 15 years, our project management team excels at constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, project scheduling, and subcontracting. We ensure our clients a seamless transition between the design and construction phases.  

Our in-house services include:

Grading and Paving - mass excavation, fine grading, soil cement, aggregate base,
and portland cement concrete paving (PCCP)
 
Underground - sewer & water lines, and all types of storm drain (including cast-in-
place pipe)
 
Structures - bridges, box culverts, cast-in-place & MSE walls, dams, pump stations,
and foundations
