The Challenge

Improved four miles of Queen Creek Road to a six-lane roadway, with tie-ins to five existing signalized arterial intersections. Construction included a 24-inch reclaimed water transmission main originating from the Airport Water Reclamation Facility on Queen Creek Road and connecting to the Ocotillo Water Reclamation Facility.

Although a number of improvements were added to the project’s scope, the original project was finished under budget and ahead of schedule.  Pulice provided preconstruction services, which included cost estimates, CPM schedules, constructability reviews, subcontract bid packages, bidding, and GMP.
