Installation of 4.9 miles of 36-inch DIP water line from Anthem Water Campus to City of Phoenix Zone 7/8 Booster Station through rock in cuts up to 41 feet deep.

The project included pressure-reducing valve stations, jacking and boring 60-inch casing under I-17, and excavating alignment before pipe installation.  During the preconstruction services phase, Pulice provided constructability reviews, cost models, CPM schedules, and subcontract bid packages.

Together, from project development through construction, the Team successfully worked across multiple agencies and stakeholders in executing this unique and innovative project. Design, environmental clearances, and construction were delivered on time, and ahead of schedule. The Del Webb Team won the 2005 AGC Build Arizona Award.
