Pulice Construction, Inc. was awarded the 2023 We Build Texas Construction Award.
The US 83 La Joya Relief Route Project received one of four Outstanding Projects in Construction of the We Build Texas Awards. The award recognizes the collaboration and partnership between TxDOT and contractors who deliver high quality projects through difficult circumstances. This project faced many challenges including the pandemic, Hurricane Hanna, utility conflicts, and multiple traffic switches. The team was successfully able to find prompt solutions and the project was completed ahead of schedule.
Rafael Carmona, Project Manager on US 83 La Joya Relief Route, received special recognition for his efforts on this project. Congratulations to the TxDOT team, the Pulice team, and to Rafael.
