Pulice is fortunate to have so many longtime team members whose dedication and hard work continue to make us better.
Ron McNeil, Equipment Manager for our subsidiary McNeil Brothers, recently marked 15 years of service — and brings decades of industry experience with him. He began his career at 17 as a laborer in New Mexico, worked as an operator, and even spent time in uranium and copper mining before joining our team.
His advice to those just starting out? “Listen to your peers,” and always remember that “learning never stops.”
He’s proudly watching his grandson start his own construction journey as an electrician apprentice.
