That mindset has fueled Superintendent Darwin Kinser through a remarkable 30-year journey with Pulice.
Darwin is currently a leader in work on the US 60X Apache Trail project outside Phoenix. He’s been in construction since he was 18 and takes pride in knowing that nearly every major highway in Arizona carries his mark.
His advice for those newer to the field? “You have to enjoy what you do. Construction can be fun if you have the right mindset.”
