Years of hard work have paid off for Pulice — a FlatironDragados company Safety Specialist, Robert Spencer.
He just earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and the Graduate Safety Practitioner designation through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Robert completed his degree over four years while working full-time, a disciplined effort that reflects the same focus he brings to jobsite safety every day. His coursework centered on OSHA compliance, risk management, incident investigation and building effective safety programs, core areas that directly support field operations across Pulice projects.
The GSP designation, awarded after completing his bachelor’s degree, further reinforces his technical foundation and positions him to continue advancing in the safety profession. Together, these achievements strengthen his ability to support crews, ensure compliance and contribute to a proactive safety culture that prioritizes planning, accountability and execution.
Robert says he’s happy to be done with this milestone, but now has his sights set on a master’s degree. We wish him the best of luck.
