Pulice – a FlatironDragados company is building the I-40 Rancho Santa Fe Traffic Interchange, in Kingman, Arizona. This Arizona Department of Transportation interchange will relieve congestion at the SR 66 exit, improve safety and create a direct connection to the Kingman Municipal Airport and Industrial Park.
We just completed our major pour on the eastbound bridge deck.
Pulice recently:
- Placed 204 cubic yards on the eastbound bridge deck
- Used a 42-meter pump to span the bridge (without needing to reposition)
- Poured a deck measuring 140 feet long and 45 feet wide
- Applied evaporation retardant and white cure to protect the finish and enhance long-term durability
- Adjusted the schedule due to weather, including 50-plus mph gusts last week and steadier conditions today
Our team, alongside ADOT, supported the work from excavation planning through deck placement to deliver a smooth pour with zero issues.
We’re proud to keep moving this project forward, and we look forward to delivering the new interchange for the Kingman community later this year, improving access and supporting prolonged growth in Mohave County.
