That’s a line you’ll often hear from Pulice Concrete Superintendent Otilio Gatica when he wants to inspire his team. It’s a philosophy that has carried him through a major career milestone: his 20th anniversary with the company.
From Foreman to Heavy Civil Leadership in Arizona
Otilio started his journey with us as a foreman and worked his way into field leadership on some of Arizona’s most significant heavy civil projects. His concrete expertise has helped shape infrastructure across the Phoenix metro area, including our current work on the Gila River Bridge project.
A Commitment to Construction Safety and Mentorship
Looking back on two decades in the field, Otilio says the industry has changed for the better—especially regarding workplace safety.
