Team members share career opportunities, industry insights and advice with aspiring construction professionals across campuses in Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona.
Pulice – a FlatironDragados company connected with students at more than a dozen university career fairs across the Southwest this fall, sharing a message about what makes Pulice a special place to grow a career.
“Career fairs help us to connect with emerging talent, build awareness of our company and career opportunities, and establish relationships with students interested in the construction industry,” said Human Resources Generalist Gabriella Gedville, who coordinated the recruiting effort.
“Creating meaningful interactions with candidates, showcasing our company culture, and identifying individuals who align with our values and future workforce needs are key elements of campus recruiting,” Gabriella added.

Team members said students asked several questions about working at Pulice, including what internships and new-college-graduate opportunities we offer, what skills they should develop before graduating to be more competitive for hiring, and what life in our organization is like.
Northern Arizona University Career Fair Brings Pulice Project Engineer Full Circle

For the employees returning to their alma maters, the events were especially poignant. Senior Project Engineer Ryan Begay, who helped staff our booth at Northern Arizona University, was one of them.
The experience left Ryan reflecting on his journey from student to industry professional.
“Life really does come full circle. Never forget where you started, and always reach back to help those coming behind you,” says Ryan.
With several important Pulice projects in full swing, and plans to add more, events like university career fairs are vital to our success.
Pulice will attend more career fairs in early 2027.
