Todd Coleman has been promoted to Vice President, Legal for Pulice – a FlatironDragados company, reporting directly to Pulice President Victor Jimenez.
In this role, Todd will serve as Pulice's senior legal executive, advising the leadership team and overseeing Pulice's Legal Services Department. He will lead legal strategy, contract administration, litigation and claims management, regulatory compliance and risk management efforts while working closely with teams across the company to support stronger operations and continued growth.
Todd brings 29 years of legal experience, primarily in construction law and litigation. Since joining Pulice in October 2024, he has become a trusted adviser to Pulice's leadership and project teams, helping navigate complex legal matters and supporting key business initiatives.
Todd also played an important role in bringing together Pulice Construction and FlatironDragados' Texas operations. His work has delivered meaningful results for Pulice, including successfully resolving multiple lawsuits and claims that recovered millions of dollars.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Oregon and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Arizona State University. He is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona's Construction Law Section.
