JoAnn serves as Director of Human Resources for Pulice Construction. She oversees the HR/Payroll team and department operations, is responsible for the communication and collaboration between senior leadership and employees, and coordinates with management to ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
JoAnn holds a degree in accounting and has more than 30 years of experience in payroll and human resources. Her experience ranges from Payroll Manager for a community college with over 3,000 employees to HR Manager of a worldwide consulting company.
In her spare time, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys serving at church, hiking, biking, and reading. She is a big advocate for rescue dogs, having adopted many dogs over the years from shelters and currently has three rescue dogs.
