Josh is the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety for Pulice Construction, Inc., Roadway Electric, LLC., and McNeil Brothers, Inc. He is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating the safety and occupational health component of personnel, materials, equipment, and environments to achieve safety effectiveness for the Company. Based in Phoenix, he oversees regional safety management staff that help implement the company policies and procedures and promote the company safety culture of “Be the Crew that Makes a Difference.” Since 1999, Josh has worked in the safety industry on projects throughout the Southwest in various roles including regional Safety Manager, OSHA Compliance Officer and Safety Director.
Josh has a B.A. from the University of Iowa, a B.S. in Safety Engineering from Kennedy Western University, and a M.S. in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. He holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). He is active in industry associations including the Arizona AGC/ABA Safety Subcommittee, American Society of Safety Engineers, and National Safety Council.
