Mimi is the Director of Human Resources and EEO Officer for Pulice Construction, Inc., Roadway Electric, LLC, and McNeil Brothers, Inc. Her responsibilities include the compliance of all federal, state and local employment laws, EEO and Affirmative Action, immigration law and Corporate policies. She has extensive experience in employee relations, labor relations, full benefits administration, recruiting, and EEO/Affirmative Action compliance. She has actively partnered with the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program and DHS’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices. Mimi joined Pulice in 1984 and prior to starting in Human Resources in 2004, worked in operations, payroll, and administration.
Mimi is active in industry associations and has been involved on the Employment Practices Committee for the Arizona Chapter of Associated General Contractors, previously as a Chair and Co-Chair. She also actively supports industry career development initiatives such as Arizona Construction Career Days and the ADOT Construction Academy.
Mimi holds an A.A. from Glendale Community College and holds her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
