Thomas serves as the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety for Pulice Construction, McNeil Brothers, and Roadway Electric. Tommy focuses on ensuring the latest concepts in safety theory are reconciled with viable, real-life applications to maximize both safety and productivity on each project we undertake. He also works to implement a culture of safety, ensure a leadership commitment to safety, oversee employee safety training, and plan for safety at each project.

Thomas brings over 30 years of experience in heavy civil, transportation, and utility construction. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), and Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP). In the areas of insurance and risk, he has designations by the International Risk Management Institute as a Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS), and by the Institutes as an Associate Risk Manager (ARM). The British Standards Institute has recognized Tommy as a Lead Auditor of ISO 45001 Safety Management Systems, the same ISO standard currently in use at the Pulice Family of Companies.

Thomas holds a B.S. and M.S. in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Old Westbury. He also holds a M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. In his free time, Tommy is an amateur astronomer and astrophotographer. He also enjoys woodworking, 3D printing, welding, and miscellaneous fabricating.
