With nearly 70 years of experience, we specialize in complex highway, bridge, underground, aviation and dam infrastructure projects, with proven expertise in both traditional and collaborative delivery methods. Pulice is supported by its subsidiaries, Roadway Electric LLC and McNeil Brothers, Inc., which provide full-service electrical, signing, and concrete paving capabilities. McNeil Brothers is a concrete paving and barrier subcontractor founded in 1994 and based in Phoenix, Arizona. McNeil pursues highway, city street, and airfield projects throughout the Southwest US and has successfully completed work in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. McNeil has experience on DBB, D-B, CMAR, and P3 delivery methods.
