Installation of 3 miles of 36-inch DIP and 42-inch DIP to complete the City of Phoenix Transmission Main from Cave Creek Road to Tatum Boulevard. The project included 350’ of jack and bore under the SR 101L. The project required considerable coordination with multiple developers, concurrent construction projects, and various City of Phoenix departments.

During the preconstruction services phase, Pulice provided constructability reviews, cost models, CPM schedules, and subcontract bid packages.
