Constructed three miles of waterline and two miles of the storm drain, on 91st Avenue (Union Hills Drive to Beardsley Road) and Beardsley Road (Lake Pleasant Road to 87th Avenue).

The project included basin and culvert modifications, 15” to 42” reinforced concrete pipe and 12” and 24” ductile iron pipe. During the preconstruction services phase, Pulice provided constructability reviews, cost models, CPM schedules, subcontract bid packages, bidding, and the GMP.
