Widened Van Buren Street from a 2-lane road to a 5-lane divided boulevard between Litchfield Road and Estrella Parkway, and included the installation of two reinforced slab bridges over Bullard Wash.

Pulice provided preconstruction services, which included cost estimates, CPM schedules, constructability reviews, subcontract bid packages, bidding, and GMP.

In 2007, Pulice won the AGC Build Arizona Award.
