Luis serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Pulice Construction, and holds the positions of Chief Financial Officer of McNeil Brothers, Inc. (Pulice subsidiary) and Manager of Roadway Electric, LLC (Pulice subsidiary) overseeing the finance and accounting, and IT departments. He is responsible for the treasury of the company and leads and provides strategic direction to a global team. Luis works with the company’s President, corporate team, and project teams to execute profitable growth strategy. He is also responsible for reporting to the group HQ in Spain.
Luis’s passion for learning other languages and traveling led him to pursue his Business degree in Spain, Belgium, and Austria. It was his goal to work for an international company and go abroad. Luis has over 10 years’ experience as CFO and started his professional career in a bank in Spain, moving in 2010 to Africa and the construction sector before coming to the US in 2014. He worked for Dragados USA (sister company) in NY before joining Pulice in 2021.
Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and a Master’s Degree in Risk. Outside of Pulice, he works as a teacher for an online university mentoring students on their MBA thesis. He is fluent in several languages and loves traveling. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
