Thomas is the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety for Pulice Construction, Inc. and their subsidiaries – McNeil Brothers, Inc. and Roadway Electric LLC. He brings 27 years of heavy civil, transportation and utility construction experience to Pulice. Thomas reconciles the latest concepts in safety theory with viable, real-life applications to maximize both safety and productivity. He holds the highest credentials from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals including Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), and Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST). He is also certified by the Utility Safety & Ops Leadership Network as a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) and by the International Risk Management Institute as a Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS). Most recently, Thomas was also certified by the British Standards Institute as a Lead Auditor of ISO 45001 Safety Management Systems, the same Safety Management System standard currently in use at Pulice.
Thomas holds a Masters’ degrees in Education and in Occupational Safety. His degrees are from SUNY Old Westbury and Columbia Southern University, respectively.
