Tom is the Corporate Counsel for Pulice Construction, Inc., Roadway Electric, LLC and McNeil Brothers, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing all legal, contractual, risk management, and corporate matters of Pulice Constriction, Inc., and its subsidiaries, Roadway Electric, LLC and McNeil Brothers, Inc. He has extensive experience in the legal representation of construction companies including contract negotiation, risk management, and the evaluation and presentation of construction claims. He began practicing law in 1980 and prior to Pulice has held several positions as a Corporate Counsel, Partner of a law firm, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of a national heavy and highway construction company.
Tom is active in the industry including being qualified to serve as a dispute review board member for California Department of Transportation and Colorado Department of Transportation projects.
Tom holds a Juris Doctorate and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, and Illinois.
