Steve serves as Senior Vice President and Arizona Regional Manager of Pulice Construction. He has overall management responsibility for the Arizona Region including safety, construction operations, and estimating.
Steve started in the construction industry in 1989, working on a variety of marine projects along both coasts, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean. He joined Pulice in 1995 and has held positions including Operations Manager (for both Pulice and McNeil Brothers), Project Manager, and Engineer. Under Steve’s leadership, the Arizona Region has completed diverse projects throughout the state in the water, wastewater, and transportation markets.
Steve is active in industry associations including the Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors. Steve serves as a management trustee for the Operating Engineers pension fund, health and welfare fund, and vacation fund; and the Laborers health and welfare, vacation, and training fund. He also serves on the Carpenter’s Labor and Management Cooperation Committee.
Steve holds a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family.
